Mental health awareness week


 Physical- working out and healthy food 

Spiritual- chill time

Mental and Emotional- listen to music and work on cars 

family/ friends- ring mates and see if they want to  hang out / watch movie with family :) 


for anger? punch boxing bag 

for sad? I don't be sad!

  1. I love that you know what you are going to do to chill out, and help with emotional & mental things.
    Remember its ok to be sad (its normal).
    Its also important to have someone to talk to that you can trust. That person doesnt have to be a parent it can be a friend, a teacher, a neighbour just as long as you trust the. Talking is a great tool
